Refund policy

RETURNS


According to the Consumer Code (Articles L.221-18, L.224-79, L.224-91, L.312-19, L.313-34), you have 30 days to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging.


Refunds will be issued either as store credit (to be used on “balibreeze.com”) or as a full refund, depending on the buyer’s choice.


We offer FREE SIZE EXCHANGES for swimsuits. If your item is too big or too small, you can exchange it by returning it to us. Please contact us first via email at balibreeze.com@gmail.com.

Only return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.


Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale, with a discount code of 10% or more, or from the SALE category are not eligible for refunds.


EXCEPTIONS


If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact our customer service team before requesting a refund. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order number linked to your name).


Please return your purchase to the address provided upon your refund request via email: balibreeze.com@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.


If shipping costs were offered at checkout, they will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees range from €3.50 to €34.90, depending on the order and delivery address.

For example, if you purchase a swimsuit for €30 with free shipping and later return it, once the refund is approved, €5.90 (shipping cost) will be deducted.


NON-DELIVERED ITEMS & REFUND REQUESTS


First, check your tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

If the status is “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, it may have been returned to the nearest post office or received by a neighbor.

If the shipping provider (La Poste, Colis Privé, etc.) confirms delivery, we cannot offer a refund.


During peak periods, delivery times may extend to a maximum of 60 days. If your order has not arrived within 60 days, you will receive a full refund.


REFUNDS


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed, or a store credit code for the value of your return will be sent via email. If shipping was free at checkout, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS


If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary.

3. Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES


We only accept exchanges if the item is damaged or for size exchanges. In such cases, please email us for the return address.


Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.


For orders over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
