TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
OBJECT
The terms and conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between Balibreeze.co and the customer.
These terms and conditions apply to all offers proposed by Balibreeze.co to customers.
By purchasing a product on Balibreeze.co, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions, acknowledging that they have read them prior to placing an order.
The terms and conditions are available and clearly visible on all pages of Balibreeze.co, which also reserves the right to modify them at any time.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes and International Fees
Bali Breeze is an Indonesian-based company and ships products internationally from Indonesia. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), local taxes, administrative charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all shipments are made on a basis where the customer is considered the importer of record. The customer is solely responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, and requirements of the destination country, including payment of any and all applicable duties, taxes, and fees.
Bali Breeze does not collect, calculate, or prepay import duties or taxes and has no control over customs policies or charges applied by foreign authorities. Bali Breeze shall not be held liable for any customs charges, import taxes, brokerage fees, delays caused by customs clearance procedures, or refusal of entry by customs authorities.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or failure to comply with import regulations, Bali Breeze reserves the right to deduct all return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, and administrative costs from any refund, or to deny a refund where such costs exceed the order value.
Customers are responsible for verifying import requirements and potential customs charges with their local customs authority prior to placing an order.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of these conditions.
ARTICLE 1 – PRELIMINARY CONDITIONS
To place an order on Balibreeze.co, the customer must:
• Create a valid user account,
• Accept the terms and conditions of sale,
• Use the online order and payment form.
ARTICLE 2 – WITHDRAWAL AND DELIVERY TIME
Customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt.*
We strive to deliver our customers as quickly as possible. However, as a small business, delivery times may be longer during peak events, such as influencer promotions.
Processing & Delivery Times:
• Order processing takes 48 hours
• Orders are shipped within 72 hours
• Delivery times range from 5 to 24 business days, depending on the shipping category
• These times may vary due to holidays, strikes, or seasonal peaks.
Products that are printed or embroidered are made to order. Therefore, the withdrawal period does not apply, and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The maximum delivery time for an order on Balibreeze.co is 60 days. If the customer has not received the product within this period, they may request a refund.
However, if the carrier (e.g., La Poste, Colis Privé) marks the package as “delivered”, and the customer claims not to have received it, we cannot offer a refund.
Refund Policy Exceptions:
• Items discounted by 15% or more or purchased from the SALE category cannot be refunded.
• A store credit (gift card) or an exchange (subject to size availability) will be offered instead.
Parcel Delivery Information:
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates, even if the customer selected combined shipping.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros ($) and include all taxes (TTC).
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT TERMS
Products will only be delivered after full payment via the Balibreeze.co website.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)
• PayPal
If there is a payment issue, Balibreeze.co reserves the right to suspend the order immediately.
ARTICLE 5 – OBLIGATIONS OF BOTH PARTIES
5.1 - Customer’s Obligations
The customer must:
• Provide complete and valid contact details.
• Accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• Pay for any return shipping costs if they request changes after the order has been shipped.
5.2 - Balibreeze.co’s Obligations
Balibreeze.co commits to:
• Doing everything possible to ensure the continuity and quality of the services provided.
• Keeping all customer information strictly confidential.
ARTICLE 6 – WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Balibreeze.co will not refund products that have been damaged voluntarily or involuntarily by the customer due to mishandling or failure to follow usage instructions.
If the tracking system indicates that a package has been delivered, but the customer claims not to have received it, we cannot issue a refund.

In accordance with Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, on Confidence in the Digital Economy (L.C.E.N.), all visitors and users of the Balibreeze website must be aware of the following legal information.

These Legal Notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the case will be brought before French courts in accordance with applicable legal rules.
7.3 - Intellectual Property
The entire content of Balibreeze.co, including text, graphics, images, sound, and videos, is the property of Balibreeze.co or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, or use of the site’s content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Balibreeze or its partners is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement under Articles L 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
7.4 - Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
In accordance with French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to:
• Access (Art. 39)
• Modify (Art. 40)
• Delete (Art. 40)
• Object to (Art. 38) the processing of their personal data.
Customers can exercise these rights by contacting Balibreeze.
All personal data collected is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Additionally, Balibreeze does not collect any personal data beyond what is necessary for order processing.
ARTICLE 8 – FORCE MAJEURE
If an unforeseeable event or force majeure occurs that prevents Balibreeze from fulfilling its obligations, the execution of services will be temporarily suspended.
Recognized cases of force majeure include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, and governmental restrictions.
In such a situation, Balibreeze will notify customers via email within 7 days.
